Visitors Aldeana on the Internet agree to comply with the following terms of use before booking any Culinary Experiences.

Aldeana shall have the right to amend the Terms of use of the System by publishing the relevant information/news through www.aldeanapr.com

The amendments enter into effect upon their publication through www.aldeanapr.com

1. Definitions and Interpretations

1.1. "Reservation"* refers to a booking made through the Aldeana reservation system for dining services at Aldeana, located at PR-172 KM 7.7, Cidra, Puerto Rico 00739.

1.2. "Guest" refers to the individual making the reservation and any members of their party.

1.3. "Venue" means Aldeana and its facilities located at PR-172 KM 7.7, Cidra, Puerto Rico 00739.

1.4. "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to Aldeana.

1.5. "You" and "Your" refer to the guest making the reservation and any members of their party.

2. Reservations

2.1. All prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, gratuities, and service charges unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Reservations are subject to availability and governed by these Terms and Conditions. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

2.3. Upon completing a reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during booking.

2.4. Specific table requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability and operational requirements.

2.5. A valid reservation confirmation may be requested upon arrival. Reservations are valid only for the date, time, and number of guests specified in the booking.

2.6. The use of Aldeana's reservation system for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

2.7. Reservations may be modified or canceled according to Aldeana's cancellation policy. Any applicable fees will be disclosed during the reservation process.

2.8. Aldeana is not responsible for lost or misplaced reservation confirmations.

2.9. Reservations are only guaranteed when made through Aldeana's authorized booking channels.

3. Changes to Reservations

3.1 Aldeana reserves the right to modify operating hours, seating arrangements, menu offerings, or reservation availability due to weather conditions, private events, operational needs, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify guests of any significant changes affecting their reservation.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1. Guests are responsible for reviewing their reservation details and notifying Aldeana of any changes as soon as possible.

4.2. If Aldeana is unable to honor a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be notified promptly and offered an alternative reservation date or a refund of any prepaid deposits, if applicable.

5. Conditions of Admission

5.1. To ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests, reservations will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time. After this grace period, the reservation may be considered a no-show and released at the restaurant's discretion.

5.2. Guests are encouraged to dress in smart casual attire appropriate for the dining environment.

5.3. Aldeana reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any individual whose behavior may compromise the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests or staff.

5.4. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior.

  • Harassment of guests or staff.

  • Excessive intoxication.

  • Failure to comply with staff instructions.

5.5. Guests must comply with all reasonable requests and instructions from Aldeana staff.

6. Restrictions and Prohibitions

6.1. Aldeana is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

6.2. Unless previously approved by management, guests may not bring:

  • Outside food or beverages.

  • Illegal substances.

  • Weapons or dangerous items.

  • Any item that may disrupt the operation of the restaurant or the enjoyment of other guests.

6.3. Aldeana reserves the right to inspect items brought onto the premises when reasonably necessary for safety and security purposes.

7. Weather Conditions

7.1. Aldeana may close, delay service, or cancel reservations due to severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If a reservation requiring a prepaid deposit is canceled by Aldeana, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1. Reservations may be canceled or modified up to the timeframe specified during booking.

8.2. For reservations requiring a deposit, cancellations made after the stated cancellation deadline or failure to arrive for the reservation may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a no-show fee.

8.3. If Aldeana cancels a reservation, any prepaid deposit will be refunded to the original method of payment.

8.4 Refunds, when applicable, may require up to 14 business days to process depending on the guest's financial institution.
